• Financial & Payment Data: Payment transaction references, wallet balances, Pay@ barcode tokens, Direct Bank EFT proof-of-payment records. (We do not store raw credit card numbers; card processing is handled securely by Pay@).
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, session timestamps, device identifiers.

• Fulfilling fresh produce and veg box orders placed on webuyveg.com.
• Dispatching delivery notifications, PIN verification codes, and invoice receipts via WhatsApp and Email.
• Routing Community Agents and cold-chain delivery vehicles to customer drop-off points.
• Managing wallet ledgers, agent commissions, and dispute resolutions.
• Complying with South African SARS tax obligations and financial auditing laws.
